At Gorgias, they’re making customer support software to help companies deliver great customer support at scale. They are building a helpdesk which aggregates customer communications from email, Facebook or chat. They make integrations with 3rd party software to show all the customer data in one place. They have been around since 2015 and at this moment we have over 1000+ paying customers including Fjällräven, Rothys, Timbuk2, and Adoreme. They've raised $5.5m so far and we have recurring revenue growth of over 15% MoM. They are also currently working with 4 people in Belgrade and looking to grow their team even more.
